If you cram a high-performance dual core and high end graphics into something with nearly no natural air flow or volume of airflow, well, you're going to have some noisy little fans.
However, I'm sure the reviewers here wouldn't mind if you sent them a representative sampling of models on at least a biannual basis. though quarterly would probably be best

The points are valid, however if you need to use a computer somewhere else than at your home, you propably have to get a laptop. And if you need to get one, it would be good to know which ones are noisy and which ones are not
Especially since the differences can be HUGE between quiet and loud ones. Like Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Pa 1510 which sounds like a vacuum cleaner or Panasonic W5, which is fanless.
