Compucase supplies nice shoulder bolts that work very well -- but I'm not sure where you can find 'em...

Try any computer shop. In my experience, some of them won't even bother selling, they will just give you the bolts you need.

You can make ghetto ones out of the regular HD screws and mobo standoffs.
