Merry Christmas to all the active folders.
Thought I would at least say "Hi" to Bolek. He has (most probably unknowingly) been one of my folding rivals. He is the only one since I started watching the stats that showed up in my overtake list (on the EOC stats page) and passed me.
Of course there is also Iganu whom I work with and so very active friendly rivalry there too.

I wanted a 45nm quad, but they are being postponed.
This is going to cost FAH.

Just found this thread. Hi
BTW, is your FAH name different than your SPCR name? I don't see you... Are you Viking by any chance? He/she is always sitting right on my tail (and may pass me eventually, my output varies a lot).

Yes, you guessed correctly, I fold under the name Viking, and I am a he.
I was planning to get a Quad core in January, but then Fry's had an ad that was too tempting for me. (And then the release date for the desktop Penryn's was delayed, so I can pretend it was a good decision.
)

Fry's runs a sale/ad and you don't share?

Fry's runs ads every Wednesday and Friday, but when I see deals that I think stand out, I can mention them here.

Wow, these 2 guys are neck and neck. It's a real horse race I can only watch from a distance.
Happy New Year by the way.

VanWaGuy,
I would really like if you could post the deals you find in a stickie thread.
Thanks
