Looking to build first new system in about 5 years. Planning on putting two existing EIDE HDDs running XP Pro in for time being. Everything else new.

PSU is overkill... 520 would be enough. VGA a card is very good. I am not sure how quiet the stock cooler is, but better than 8800 GT and it exhausts out.

Your powersupply is not the best silent choice go for the Corsair CMPSU-620HX 620 Watt. It is large enough and there is room to grow on.
