I'm not sure if anyone else covered this already but it looked interesting to me. I think it falls under "green" more than cooling.

Hello,

It has been mentioned a coupla' times. This is sized for northbridge cooling, and maybe it is transferable to CPU cooling -- but even then, it would not save very much electricity...
