Just rebuilt my computer around this case and is very happy with the size, quality and price for this case.

Here are the specs of my build.

Case: Cooler Master Elite 340
MB: Asus P5E-VM HDMI
CPU: Q6600 G0 @ 3.2
RAM: 2GB DDR2-800 OCZ Platinum Rev 2
Video Card: Asus 8800GT
HD: Hitachi 320GB SATA
PS: Corsair VX-450

I wanted the computer to be Quiet, Fast, and Small. I found that in this build and is very happy with the results.

Here is the inside... I slapped on the Accelero S1 and 90MM Nexus fan to the video card. The heatsink is a Xigmatek HDT-S1283 w 120MM Yate Loon fan (dropped idle temps by 10 celsius vs XP90). 120MM rear case fan to be turned on only on hot Summer days. All the fans are connected to a Sunbeam fan controller. Finally, suspending the hard drive.

that's a pretty cool system there. for a while i debated a SFF for myself, but i just need expandability that i wont get from mATX.

hows the build quality of the case? i have the Elite 330, and my only complaint is the holes on the rear grill, which it took me a while to set my mind to, but i finally cut it off.

The build is quality is pretty good... the steel is sturdy and I can't hear any rattling or case vibrations. The front grills allow for a good flow of cool air, the exhaust holes for the rear case fan could be larger... if i had the tools, i too would cut it out.

Seems to be a nice case. Almost identical layout, but for about a third of price, compared to my Silverstone TJ08.
Personally, I think anything bigger is unnecessary for a medium system.


Do you really want all heat, including that from the 8800GT, pass through the PSU?

Will Scythe Ninja 2 fit this case?
