I've read it somewhere else, good stuff.
Imagine, 7000 Petaflops just lying around... current F@H processing power is 1.9 PFlops, according to that presentation.
Then again, the GPU client (currently only for ATi) is "only" good for 134 TFlops, so that is a really small percentage of all the cards available.

I'll be using this one as soon as it goes beta!

So what card are CUDA compatable? I picked up a second hand 7300 GL (or something - I'm not into graphics, just wanted 2xDVI on PCIe) earlier this year - will F@H run on that? Or what cards should I look out for in future???

Any 8000 or 9000 series GPU will take advantage of CUDA. Look out for the number of stream processors on them though.

Edit: compiled their folding-strength :).
8400GS: 14,4 pts (1 pt is 1 SP x 1 GHz)
8500GT: 14,4
8600GS: 37,7
8600GT: 37,7
8600GTS: 46,4
9500GT: 52
9600GT: 104
8800GTS 320/640: 115
8800GS: 132
9600GSO: 132
8800GT: 168
8800GTX: 173
8800Ultra: 192
8800GTS 512: 208
9800GTX: 216
*GTX 260: 238 (final clock speeds may change; the processors are different too, so could be way off)
*GTX 280: 311 (same)

AFAIK only 8 series cards and higher are CUDA-compatible

there are nVidia Linux drivers that have CUDA support

Are these Points Per Day, while running the GPU for full days? I expected more... A PS3 will do about 900 PPD.

The number nexto each card model are the number of stream processors as stated in the origional post.

Im more curious as to _when_ this will be available for everyone to start folding with.

The 8800 GTX and 8800 Ultra, as well as the 9800 GTX, have 128 stream processors so that can't be correct.

The 8800 GTS has 96 or 112 stream processors, the 8800 GT has 112 of them.

I think this is an indication of the PPD in which case I'm not happy...

8800GT has 112 SPs and a shader clock of 1500 MHz.

112 x 1.5 = 168

The list is compiled by Elvellon and shows the theoretical performance of the different nVidia cards in reference to the other cards. Best thing we have until real benchmarks can be made I suppose.

Thanks... I so misinterpreted that list... makes sense now.
