New product - Arctic-Cooling VGA Silencer

Just spotted this

Seems it's on sale already in Germany and Google brings up some posts on German forum - all in German!. Anyone got any other info on this.

It may be called the VGA Silencer - but considering it's just as loud as the stock 9800pro at high speed - it's claim of 50% quieter at low speed still doesn't fall into my definition of quiet.
