I don't have a K10, and I have never used this software, but it looks like something you might be interested in if you want to undervolt.

Since I don't have any experience of it myself, I just point to another thread.

Download.

now i can undervolt/oc WITH CNQ ON!! like in those good old crystalcpuid days... AND BRING IDLE POWER DOWN! Only 142w left for my machine and its even better then crystalcpuid/rmclock, because it just alters the p-states entrys in the msr and then quits. no additional running prog in the background...

nice tool !!!
just changes parameters of CnQ,
doesn't have to be running in background like RMClock

i found a more useful tutorial:
www. pctreiber. net/datenbank_artikel_96_lesen. html
(sorry for the crappy link,
but i'm not yet allowed to post urls...)

it's in german,
but there's a simple translation link
included at the top: "Translate it into English"

note:
phenomII has 4 (not just 2) p-states

...and another tool:
- sourceforge. net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=255384
- www. hardwareluxx. de/community/showthread.php?t=592774

according to the author (and the screenshot)
it's also possible to set the multiplier for each p-state,
something that k10stat is missing (for now)
