Should we believe what they say?
BTW: do they it'll be 30db more silent then the ATI XT or will it run at 30db??

I think they are trying to say 30dB "more silent."

I think I wouldn't pay any attention to anything that they say, regardless whether they turn out to be accurate or not.

Yes I was referring to the source. Isn't it the same as the tabloid journal that gets published here in the US?

I dont know if it is the same but I know its not a reliable (sp?) source.
But on the other hand, they must have got some sort of information about that somewhere?? Something must have given them the idea to write that

Yes, something or someone has given them the idea, but the details may not be accurate. A lot of sources here in the US like to write things that they know will grab your attention, but many times these things aren't completely true. It's best to wait for other sources to verify this type of information, rather than relying on this single source alone.
