What is the reason that have made you choose not to use the mCubed mounting system for the CPU heatpipes?
Judging from looks alone my guess is that you will get a better result cooling wise with two heatpipes mounted firmly in a block on the CPU rather than relying on the heat transfer from a single heatpipe randomly squeesed between two fins on a regular heatsink.
The 77W might still be too much to handle for the case without a fan, but you should be able to run with the fan turned off most of the time at least with the heatpipes installed "by the book".
Seems to defeat the purpose of a heatsink case somewhat not to utilize it cooling capability better.

The CPU heatmount was poor non-copper black steal.
It is designed for max 35W CPU and that was right.
The intel q9000 (max TDP 45W) getting >100°C in less than 3 minutes after CPU burn.
The new copper cpu cooler with heatpipe works and
the fan is turned off at normal cpu work.
The fan is for safety if os going bad.

I have read your blogspot and observe the posted images and i'm not seeing a dvd drive. Can you tell if you remove the fan and insert an borgFX micro Cpu cooler you still be able to insert a dvd drive?
and the card reader?

I feel lucky that I found your post on this site as well as your linked blog. Coincidentally, I recently bought the same MSI IM-GM45 motherboard and Core 2 Quad Q9000 CPU. They make a great combination in every way except for heat dissipation.
After discovering that the stock CPU cooler was inadequate for this 45 Watt CPU, I bought the upgraded Cooler Master product mentioned in your post. Now I can run this system on idle (30 Watts with Ubuntu Linux) without any heat problems. However, when I stress test all four cores simultaneously, the heatsink/fan combination can't keep up. Because I cannot find any larger passive heatsinks for the Socket P (478-pin Micro FCPGA socket), I'm desperate to try your custom heat pipe solution. Can you point me the right direction e.g., where to find the copper tubing products etc?

I thinking about home made cooler for quad mobile cpu.I have lot of heatsink and lot of coolers.
Do you think its possible? Because EPN-41FCS-01-GP its still enough for TDP 44w ( 35w designed).
