Interesting how the +12V line increased with load, imo a good thing rather than an oddity.

Any idea who actually makes it?

is there any chance of re-testing the Zalman?

it's a shame that its always mentioned in the reviews but we're unable to do a direct comparison (as much as that's possible with varying conditions)

thanks for the review, Mike

One thing I was wondering, and this might be off topic..Why are there highlighted word ads in all the articles? Do they really pay you that much to throw them in there? Because they are super annoying when I am at work and my internet is slow. If I happen to mouse over one for a second, it bogs me down for a full minute while my computer loads the little ad popup.

I understand it's awesome to get money for ads like this, but if there's any other way, I'm sure we would all love to see them gone lol

They've only been there for... years. Like 99% of tech web sites. Surely by now you know how to sidestep them if you wish? Or click ads like crazy to help a site you like? :lol:

Wow I feel stupid. I never knew you could shut those off. I just read up on it. Thanks for letting me know.

...but if I get bored one day I'll go on a clicking spree for you k?

Thanks again for the review.

Looks like ATNG.
Nexus RX vs. Tuniq Mini Plant.

Thanks for the review.
I'm not fond of the oversized fan... a fan swap seems almost impossible?

Some of the 140mm fans come with adjustable fittings for 135mm & 130mm, or sets of holes that cover the other sizes.

Why would you need/want one here?

That tiny transformer is probably for 5VSB line which is completely separated from main transformer.

Instead of one big and fat main transformer for main lines they just used two slimmer ones.

At least load is disproportionally heavy in 3.3V and 5V which shows in slight drop of 12V in crossload test but that doesn't fulyl explain that rise.

But is there some extra not shown load in 12V?
12.47x(22+29.1)= ~637.2
4.88x18.66= ~91.1
3.19x19.12= ~61.3
Which is 60W short of 850W with 5VSB and -12V filling only dozen of that.

Transcription error -- 22A for 12V1 should have been 24.91A. Corrected.
