Is an Akasa Eclipse 62 with 'Akasa AK-PAX-2 PaxMate Plus Acoustic Absorption Mat' and some decent fans still a good option to build a cool, silent HD5870 based gaming rig?

The Akasa was one of the best cases going a few years but has it been superceded now?

Paxmate is in practise scam and for its effectiveness price is 90% too high.

5870 probably fits without HDD at same level but it will be cramped.

Cooling design has never been any good for high end parts with dense HDD spacing in front of only intake fan and PSU in hottest available place.
(and while door is good for acoustics hard HDD mounting is very bad)
