Runs like a charm.
Very silent.
As the pictures show the Pico PSU touches the RAM. This was solved with an ATX power extension cable.

Would I be able to hook a tv tuner card up to the motherboard too and still fit in the box?

Well I'm not sure that the price I paid for it would give you any indication of what you should give for it. But I can tell you that I had to order bits from many different places. Some came from Denmark, som from UK and some from the US. But it was only a little more expensive than buying some off the shelf PC with similar power.

Please also note the length of the card, as it must fit within the length of the case. With regard to height there is no problem, especially not if you remove the built in PSU and use a Pico PSU.

I am very new to building PC's, so bare with me ...

- I see that the SG06 comes with a power supply. Why did you not use that one? Would the heat sink not fit with it? Also, you mentioned that the picoPSU-120 was a tight fit with the ram. What part exactly did you use to make this work?

- Did you add a disk drive? if so, which one?
- Which TV tuner card would you suggest?
- Is there room for a 3.5" hard drive?
