Yes, but every little additional load of heat generates a little additional load of cooling, even if you can't measure it. And ultimately you still have to pay for it.

Usually the air conditioning units have a coefficient of performance of at least 2 or 3. This means that if you generate 1KWh of heat you need 500Wh or less for the air conditioning to move the heat out of the room and if you use the air conditioning for 6 month a year you need to multiply with 1.25.
