Hi guys, It's been a while since I've done a new build. I'm currently looking to build a NAS in an HTPC style case.

To start it'll have 4 WD 2TB green drives, but I want to leave room to upgrade to 6 or more. It'll probably have an Matx board.

Can anyone suggest some cases that have reasonable airflow for that many drives? I've been looking at the Silverstone LC-10, 17 and 20. Does anyone have any experience with them? Or have alternative suggestions?

Antec Fusion Remote Max. 4 drives standard, then you can use some 5.25"->3.5" converters for both 5.25" bays (yes, there are two bays, one has the display in front of it).

Lian Li PC-C34 - 4 drives standard in a hotswap cage, and again you can use the 5.25" drive bays to put more drives in here.
Lian Li PC-C32 - same as above, except the drives are not hotswapable.
LIan LI PC-C33 - and again, same as above :).

I had a experience with the Fusion max, even with minimal airflow the hard drives didn't overheat, they were at the usual 40-42C temperature.

I've mentioned it before in another post: the Cooler Master 4-in-3 device might be worth a look. Practically it's a converter: three 5,25" to four 3,5" HDD-bays, including a fairly quiet 120 mm fan, and rubber grommets on the whole device.

indeed, i've never seen one either. if its got two, though, you could get a 3-in-2 module. lian li makes a few, which would look very nice in an htpc environment.
