Looking for quiet but fast drives for raid 0 and fraps

I currently have fraps record everything on my 2tb storage drive separate from my ssd games drive, but it still seems slow in recording. (record at 2560x1600)
I'm looking to add two more drives (between 1tb - 2tb total space) to run in raid 0 just for running fraps. I wanted to get two 2tb WDEARS drives because they're so cheap, but I read that green drives aren't good for raid...

What drives would you recommend? They have to be quiet but fast :P

Why do you think that its the rate that the HDD(s) write at that is causing a problem.?

What is the raw bitrate of your recordings.
