Keep the HD 6950, especially if it's the unlockable model.Comparison between the stock HD 6950 and the stock 560Ti - keep in mind that an unlocked and OC'd 6950 performs at the same level as a 6970.
Reduce the amount of RAM you're going to buy to 4GB/6GB.
8GB is useless unless you feel the need to open a thousand programs and can't be bothered to shut down Photoshop before you run Crysis.
The MUGEN 2 is a great cooler.
But get a second Slipstream 1200 for a push/pull configuration.
The MSI Twin Frozr II is usually the better option to get, but not in this case (pun not intended):It's only barely less audible than the reference HD 6950 cooler.
