Intel i7 (1366) Silent Cooler

Hi, Looking for the quietest cooler possible for i7 socket 1366 CPU is not overclocked and the system only runs a few applications which are not CPU intensive. Built in X-CASE RM 400/10 Rackmount

Any suggestions would be great!

Here's a gallery of a rackmount build I did recently. Use a Noctua NH-U9B with no CPU fan.
