Where to buy silicone gel sheets?

I've been unable to find a place that sells small quantities in various thicknesses and durometers. I'm in the USA.

If you are planning to use the silicone for vibration damping, Ultra-Soft Polyurethane or sorbothane is a better bet. Same source.
