Need a 500-600 watt psu

I got an ocz mod stream 600 watt psu for my dads pc. Its very loud and is gong back. What would be a nice quiet psu around $80-120?

If you could stretch your budget a little, i would go with Seasonic 560W 80 Plus Gold ATX 12V/EPS 12V Power Supply - X-560 SS-560KM $126.99 free shipping, the psu would be semi passive, it wont start the fan under light load.

Got the Seasonic installed :-) and as expected its night a day difference from the OCZ PSU I had. The seasonic is nearly inaudible. Excellent PSU glad I got it...
