Dell monitors sold elsewhere. One SSD was added on Friday, and more are on the way. Also added some WTB stuff.

A couple updates, so I'll bump this thread. Note that I'm openly accepting offers for any individual parts in either of the PC's... The only exception might be the HD5870, which I'd likely only sell as part of a bundle at this point.
