But where can it be used? I would like to put it in something like a Lian Li Q11, or a similar mini-itx case? Is that possible? What is the best way to take advantage of this great new PSU?

TFX is different from flex-ATX, which is different from micro-ATX, which is different from SFX, which is different from ATX.
