You might be able to get away with running your Ivy Bridge CPU without a CPU fan. I run a Core 2 Duo (E8400) @ 3.0 GHz on a CM Hyper 212+ with no fan, and I've never had a problem, even when playing games that really stress my Nvidia 560ti (which dumps a fair amount of heat into the case).
It's possible, but then I'd have to leave the case fans spinning all the time. Ivy Bridge still needs a

Using the Noctua U12P SE2 with one fan at the lowest speed is virtually inaudible from outside the case, and allows me to turn off the case fans during light CPU load.
