My question (cpu cooler) was removed?

Again, I am new to this site. I listed a question as follows:

My stock Intel i7-870 cpu fan is whining. I want to replace it with an easily installed quiet fan cooler. I do not overclock, and do not want a large heavy cooler. I do not want to remove my motherboard.

I am simply looking for recommendations for a replacement cooler for the Intel stock unit, that may be easily installed.

I thought this was the correct place to ask this question.
