Cougar vs Corsair vs Noiseblocker

I have to choose between:

-Cougar Vortex HDB CF-V12H - http://www.cougar-world.com/products/fa ... x_hdb.html
-Corsair AF120 - http://www.corsair.com/cpu-cooling-kits ... m-fan.html
-Noiseblocker Multiframe M12-S1 - http://www.noiseblocker.de/en/Multiframe120.php

I'll use 4 fans, 2 intake, 2 exhaust on my silent pc rig, at ~800rpm.

Help me to choose the best out of them. Or please come with other options, but only if they are better than this 3.

Would probably go with the Noiseblockers, make sure you have a fan controller to lower then come winter

Or maybe Scythe Gentle Typhoon 800rpm? Or BeQuiet! Shadow Winds SW1 120mm 800rpm?
Really need some help over here...
