 Post subject: lowering the "-100mV offset" on cheap SB motherboards

My Asrock H61M-GS doesn't let me control vcore. It uses a voltage offset instead. However, it's limited to +-100mV, and I guess that there's more headroom for downvolting my i3-2120.
Anybody managed to bypass the default offset limit?
