I have an OEM AMD HD Radeon 6450 and I just received a free GT 610 as a sample. Which one would be better for HD videos, surfing the net. Thanks

I don't expect that you expect my answer.

Neither of them are "better", or worse.

They are both perfectly capable of displaying all kinds of 2D graphics and HD video, any integrated motherboard GPU made in the last couple of years, or CPU integrated GPU is perfectly capable of these "menial" tasks.

Buy whatever is the cheapest card that is passive and has the right kinds of connections for your needs.

In addition to the "Mod" moving this question to the "Off Topic" section because this is about "performance" rather than noise, its not even about performance.
