Is NZXT 140RB good?
Is the NZXT 140RB (140mm rifle bearing) a good fan?
Re: Is NZXT 140RB good?
Its a cheap fan here in Sweden, only 10-12$, but since its basically just a 140mm version of the ones in the Nzxt H2 i wouldnt really call it a good fan.toronado455 wrote:Is the NZXT 140RB (140mm rifle bearing) a good fan?
The 140mm space is not as good as the 120mm but i think its widely accepted that the Thermalright, Noctua and Prolimatech 140mm fans are good when undervolted. I tried the 140mm Prolimatech horizontally mounted and it made a chatter noise which is problably because sleeve bearing fans arent good for horizontal mounting.
I wish you good luck.

I'm glad you mentioned that issue with the horizontal mounting. I'm looking for a 140mm fan that I can mount horizontally.AckeDman wrote:I tried the 140mm Prolimatech horizontally mounted and it made a chatter noise which is problably because sleeve bearing fans arent good for horizontal mounting.
