Swiftech 120 pwm helix (800-1800)

bitfenix spectre pro 120 pwm (500-1800)

noiseblocker multiframe 120 pwm (1000-2000 or 600-1500)

noiseblocker eloop PWM (different versions)

i think they can be the best pwm fan working against heatsink

i think there isn't a direct review between them.... and it would be nice ;)

If you're looking for very quiet fans, Spectre Pros are not your choice. I have a 230mm and a 140mm versions, and they are audible even at low RPM, although they do seem to push a fair amount of air. Noiseblockers are probably your safest bet. I don't know anything about the Swiftech fans you listed.

Swiftech hasn't brought anything to market i remember suited for spcr. I wouldn't even spend a single dollar on them.
