Asus P280, Antec Solo II, Fractal Define R4, Corsair 550D. All are top tier and reviewed here. Pick one you like the best.
That said, a silent case is only as good as the stuff you put inside. While the XFX PSU is a solid Seasonic build, it's not the quietest thing out there and 750W is overkill. Your stressed load power will be in the neighborhood of 260W. Consider an 80+ Gold or Platinum PSU. Gold: The Seasonic x400 fanless or the x-560 semi-passive. Platinum: Kingwin LZP-550 semi-passive. or wait a bit for Mike C's review of the new Seasonic SS-520FL.

I'd also recommend the cases mentioned by CA_steve. And as he says, a quiet case can only dampen the overall noise by a tiny amount. The best way to accomplish a quiet built is by having quiet components.

What PSU brands are available to you?
Re: Recommend me a silent pc case plz!
Hi,
Recently I found out about anoher brand that makes silent PC cases and although it's new to the market, it has been receiving some fairly detailed reviews it seems.

http://www.overclockers.com/nanoxia-dee ... ase-review
They also have a successor out now, called the "Deep Silence 2": http://www.nanoxia-world.com/cases/deep ... black.html
The noise / performance specs of those case fans look very promising IMO, but I don't have any personal experience with the brand.

Re: Recommend me a silent pc case plz!
One of the bequiet! E9 Straight Power PSUs would work fine. The fan rpm profile is flat until ~50% load and then starts to ramp up. Getting either the 400W or 450W model means fan ramp starting at 200-225W.
