Has anyone tried the aforementioned card, http://msi.com/product/vga/N650Ti-1GD5-OC.html? How's the cooling?
The Cyclone II cooler on the Power Edition has received praise, and ranks well in the reviews listed by CA_Steve here viewtopic.php?f=19&t=65179, but it's priced too close to 7850s over here.
This one's a steal over here at 130 euros (1 GB Gigabyte OC is 160, for example), and it's even eligible for the recent Nvidia AC3 campaign (get AC3 free with card). The price difference is enough to pay for a replacement cooler, if the acoustics or cooling were subpar - the default fan is PWM, so the AC Accelero Mono Plus (40 EUR) would be an option.

Well, I could not resist. I bought the card and installed it today - so far pleased in desktop use. You can definitely hear there's a new fan in the rig, but it's not disruptive and there is no chattering or other unpleasant noises.
I have yet to put the card through its paces, but when I do, I'll make another First Impressions piece.
PS. Afterburner fan control does work with the card, but it is, as usual, hardcoded to a minimum drive of 30% (1200 RPM in my cooler's case - overkill as GPU has been 29 °C all day).
