These DC-DC adaptors normally use a 12V pass through. Therefore the 12V lines is limited by the PSU brick, not the board. If you have the specs for it take a look at what it lists for the different voltages. The lower voltage lines will still be limited to whatever the board specs for that individual line but the 12V could be much higher.
Oh and that fan grill on the inside of the case has to go! Does that let ANY air through? It will also add noise in air turbelence. Maybe you want it covered still but you can get simple wire grills which would allow better airflow at lower sound levels too.
