Hi,

I would like to buy a laptop with a VERY low noise level : max 30db

- It is just to surf on Web,
- With a 17" sceen with resolution as 1920*1080 for example
- Glossy screen
- Price : 1000€ max

Help me please !

Welcome to SPCR Forums.
I would say - go for SSD drive. When CPU is not under high stress most of noise in laptops comes from HDD.

1600x900 resolution, and you'll need to do a solid state swap to get it really quiet, but they're great laptops. I rarely see any come in for service, and almost every one that does come in for service has a broken screen.

They're pretty quiet and work very well for basic use. It's a very affordable model where available. Getting a full HD resolution display will cost you a lot, and in most laptops, will generate more heat, making the 30dB requirement difficult to fulfill.
