does sound absorption material increases heat in a case?

Enclosures and acoustic damping to help quiet them.

The heat loss through the case walls will actually be negligible compared to what you blow out through ventilation. Often the gradient will be less than 10°C and you have two air-solid transitions. The absorption material obviously adds bulk, depending on the surface structure possibly sequesters dust and impedes airflow.
