Fanless - my concern is my bad house wiring

I'm planning a low power internet machine. I'm considering a fanless PS like the Antec 440W. I'm concerned after reading about a lot of people complaining about buzzing and whining noises. My house wiring is not great. When the stereo is on, it buzzes when the washing machine motor is running. It's on a different circuit so I can only guess it's a grounding issue.

Do you think this might also cause buzzing in a fanless PS? I would rather hear a very quiet fan than hear buzzing from the PS.

The Seasonic with fan also buzz, its not only on fanless models, but not all do it, its more a combination of hardware and bios settings that creates this. In my case neither my X400 nor my X660 do any whine, coil or any noise.

Now for a low power internet browsing mostly, you could be fine with something like PicoPSU, celeron 1610, go with an intel motherboard as they are among the most efficient in consumption.
