Enermax with no fans? has anyone tried removing all the fans and leaving it 24/7?

Especially if left inside a PC in the normal position, the internal temps would exceed 60C. PSUs drop in efficiency prgressively as temp goes up, so that by the time you hit 50C & higher, the normal 65-70% efficiency rating goes out the window; you lose more than half the consumed power as heat. Most manufacturers specify max operating temp as 50C.

<br>In other words, their PSU cannot provide full power output when operated at above 25C (which is absurd, because in a normal PC, it's ALWays above 25C!), and by the time it hits 70C, the PSU cannot deliver any DC current at all.
