Seems Thermalright uploaded the webpage of the new iteration of their top end cpu cooler, SilverArrow IB-E, very similar to the SBE just they placed the cpu mounting off centered, like the HR22, to avoid blocking the PCIe slot, this was an issue for some being 165mm it passed almost to the second, but the new offset is to avoid this exactly, hope SPCR get one to review, the design is different from the from the original Silver Arrow that was reviewed.

A review was just released on the cooler,

Toms Hardware DE Thermalright Silver Arrow IB-E in the test

It seems its atm the best twin tower cooler, pending on noctua NH-D14 refresh coming before mid 2014.

Another review, from Cooling Technique,

It seems that at lower CFMs it perform top of its class, out performing all of the coolers, still at top, but others get close.

One interesting thing beside the new cooler, its the fan, TY141 seems to outperform in CFM/Noise even newer fans like Noctua NF-A14.
On ventilation plan forced the two TY-141 supplied two fans turn out to be very interesting, able to give a hard time to the proposed house Noctua that can only come close to the values ​​of the asymmetric Thermalright 140mm. In all three graphs comparing the fact TY-141 are positioned at the top of the reference values ​​clocking less noise, more pressure and even a draft slightly better than top of the range opponents, the only one that contains the damage appears to be the new Aeolus Raijintek α which defends the static pressure by clocking the best values ​​with low coefficients of drag while remaining along the lines of the 141 high restrictiveness, more detached and are instead Noctua Alpenfoehn respectively 0.4 and 0.7mmH 2 O values should not be underestimated if you think that we are working on an overall scale of 1.6 mmH 2 O, it is almost half of the benefits provided by the TY-141.
