Welcome to SCPR.

Don't think I'd buy that $22 PSU.

Can you describe your PC uses/apps? Just looking at a parts list doesn't really help unless we know how you plan to use the PC.

Thanks for adding the applications. If the goal is to game without a discrete graphics card, then AMD iGP is better than Intel, this generation. If you aren't in a rush to build, take a look at the AMD Kaveri processors. The A8-7600 65W part will hold up well vs the A10-7800K for most of the stuff you want to run and is cheaper and lower power.

Go for a decent air cooler instead of the Corsair H60. The Scythe Mugen 4 goes for $45+ shipping vs the H60 for $60-70.

If you do go air cooling, you'll need to make sure the RAM heatsinks aren't stupidly high (like on the A Data) or if they are, that the cooler will clear them. Also, don't know if you'll really benefit getting DDR3 2400 vs the cost. While the synthetics look awesome, real world is less impressive. Here's Corsair's take. You could probably go with 1866 and use the savings elsewhere.

PSU - SeaSonic SSR-360GP ~$55. It's 80+ gold rated and pretty quiet at the loads you'll see.

Coolermaster case....probably not that quiet. Too bad the Bitfenix Merc Alpha went away. It was suprisingly good for $40. I don't have a cheap case alternative for you - maybe another member will pipe up.

The only reason to go with liquid cooling is because you plan to run the CPU at much higher voltages and clocks than stock. If you don't, then liquid cooling provides zero advantages over air cooling.

I think if you wait a month or two, the A8-7600 can provide similar performance with much less power and cheaper price. If you don't want to wait, then the A10-6800K is fine.

SPCR review of the motherboard. Decent customer feedback at Newegg.

I think if you plan to overvolt the cpu, the Mugen 4 will still provide decent cooling and be quieter. If you plan to overvolt the hell out of it, then one of the better (more expensive) Corsair liquid coolers will do a better job and also be quieter than the H60. <shrugs> YMMV.

You might want to review motherboards to make sure this Asus board will provide you with the overclocking tools you need.
