Can't Post
testing
Edit: I haven't been able to post in most of the forums. Every time I try, it refreshes to the sign-in page, and I have to sign in again. When I click submit, it goes to the sign-in page.
I haven't been able to contact a mod via pm, as my message just redirects to the sign-in page.
I've cleared my cache. I'm on Windows 7, and I've tried all browsers.
I've even tried posting in the Site Feedback section several times over the past two days, it seems like I got something to stick this time, but I don't know why.
I may not be able to post again after this. So mods, please contact me at: [mod: deleted]

Re: Can't Post
I was getting this, but then it stopped so presumably it has now been fixed by the mods. Thanks.
Re: Can't Post
It was probably a server issue.
I deleted your email address from the post as it's available in your profile...and it's one less spam mail vector.

Re: Can't Post
I can't seem to post in any other section. It just redirects me to the sign in page.
Re: Can't Post
Do you have any browser add ons that block scripts/cookies/etc? On log-in, if you check the box that says 'remember this login', it sets a cookie. Also need to allow the scripts for the site itself and (I think) cloudfront.net.

Re: Can't Post
No. On the latest Firefox I only have ad blocker, which I disabled. Same result.
I tested Chrome with everything off, Opera with everything off, IE10 with everything off.
Nothing is working.
Steve contact me by email, as I can't always respond here on the forum. Even though I can sometimes post in this Site Feedback section, it's very intermittent. It's taken me 6 or 7 attempts just to post this.

Re: Can't Post
I did just see a long server response time..I'll ask the site guy to reboot the server. (sometime today).
If that's not it, my only other suggestion for you is to see if you can get into the site using another device (phone, another PC) to see if the problem is specific to your PC.

Re: Can't Post
You could also boot into another OS, like a Linux live session or something. Go to Linux Mint, download the latest iso, write it to an USB-stick using a program like Rufus. Boot from that stick and try Firefox from within Linux.
Reboot your router.

Re: Can't Post
The web server was rebooted this am.

It seems to be letting me post, however when I click on the 'post reply' button, it redirects to the sign-in page again before allowing me to type my message. It never used to do that.

Posting is still intermittent. It takes several attempts to get something to stick.

Re: Can't Post
I find that Firefox works OK but intermittently, Microsoft Edge and Chrome not at all.

Re: Can't Post
Just wanted to let the mods know I've had no issues posting (i.e. being forced to log in over and over) for about a week now.
The site seems smooth and fast and back to normal.
Thanks.
