<--- streaming internet tunes from www.dainbramage.com

Found this site over the weekend. Been liking the mix, and that you can do requests from their playlist.

I'll probably turn it off in a moment here and listen to Oingo Boingo - Best Of

Right this minute? Nightline on TV.

It's too late for the stuff I've been listening to lately: Canadian punk rock.

I threw the whole age curve off at the mosh pit last Saturday night in Boston. My daughter, her friend from Poland, and I saw Jersey, Sugarcult, Simple Plan, and MXPX. We had a great time! We're shooting for tix to the last show of the Warped Tour this summer.

I'm in the mood for something light, so tonight's listening is a little Goatwhore, specifically their whimsical and light-hearted CD The Eclipse of Ages into Black I highly recommend the CD's closing track, "Graveyards and Dead Angels", as background music for that romantic Valentine's Day dinner you've got planned with your sweetheart.

Damn You, Ralf Hutter!

Giant Steps, I've got that somewhere. I really like that album!

Read this thread for the first time today.

I moved my audio equipment up here to the computer/junk room when I did a simple 5.1 big screen TV setup downstairs. Always meaning to hook it up again. Giant Steps! Had to get down on the floor and dig in all the boxes of LPs to find the jazz stuff.

How about My Favorite Things and Bags & Trane.

Now to hook-up the Onkyo amp & turntable and Altec Lansing VoT.

Thanks for the extra work :)

All this talk of John McLaughlin has me thinking guitar. I'm digging out some Robben Ford.

Dido - hunter

my music taste is quite varied really but mostly toward the lighter side - easy listening. I listen to alot of classical (not opera though), some easy listening (enya and the likes) and some light pop (dido etc...) occasionally i do listen to some heavier tunes but only if im in the mood. i like most of my music to be really chilled and not "take any effort" to listen to if you get me....

Yes! Eddie Hazel, RIP. I saw him do this live a couple of times. 30-40 minute long versions of Maggot Brain. It was absolutely spine-tingling. He was a very, very good guitar palyer.

You won't even think about the extra work once you hear the first bits of Naima or Mr P.C.!
