Just ran across this new ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe motherboard while checking the price on the regular P4P800 Deluxe. Newegg had it for the same $125.99 as the regular Deluxe but with $5.00 for shipping.
No IDE RAID but now two SATA RAID setups (Promise 20378), an ASUS Wi-Fi slot and ALC850 8-channel sound. Oh yeah, "Prescott Ready" in the specs.

Apparently this actually exists because Asus lists it on their site along with another version called the P4P800SE
One other change I noticed is that they've ditched the 3com G-LAN for a "Marvel" G-LAN. One of the few complaints that I've ever heard about this board is sub-par performance from the 3com LAN, so maybe that's why they changed it.

The Via PATA raid controller on the P4P800dlx isn't worth using. It works but with 2 120G drives configured in a Raid 0 array, perceived performance did not seem any faster than non RAID. When I did some searches on a VIA support forum, folks were indicating that RAID 0 using the Via controller was actually slower than non-RAID.
Hmm lets see, striping for performance, increased risk of data loss; decreased HD performance...
