Hey all, thought I'd give yall a peep what may be posted on this site written by me! First off there is that article about brown bread I've been putting off finishing up. I also have started an article w/ pics of just generally a "project silence" on my dads comp upstairs of everything I did including cleaning and hand rounding the cabling, modding the FCA enermax, adding casefans, and reapplying better thermal compound (AS3). I ran out of room on the digi camera so I plan to redo some parts just to demonstrate but it should be pretty interesting (esp modding the FCA enermax). Very nice results on that one... Finally I am thinking of doing a 40gig to 80gig cuda comparison of heat/noise/speed but my 40gig is new and I plan to sell it. I want to see the demand for this article (would like to do it myself )

Please encourage as I'm putting them off forever! Esp the brown bread one is on the verge of being done for the last 3 weeks!

Put em all up!!! :D, I need more tips for silencing my computer so far, I've stuck a panaflow on the CPU, Swapped in a Mid speed 80MM panaflow in the PSU (It was too hot in there and the PSU fan was providing nearly all the system ventilation).
I also mounted the front 92MM intake panaflow fan and undervolted it with the Zalman fan controls on rubber plugs but I think the noise is from the actual fan :(
I run my northbridge fanless as well, I thermal expoxied a big heatsink onto it and rely on the waste air from my CPU heatsink to keep it cool.
To cool my two Video Cards I have a 120MM fan running undervolted as well, it makes a whinny noise so I have to replace the fan on it.
And last but not least I have automotive damping foam nearly all bare spots on the case as well :)
Betcha u can do a better job than me, (a n00bie) :) GO! GO! GO!
