Corsair VX450 it's not Quiet

MSI P35 Neo2
8600GT Palit Sonic + S2 - 0 db

Fander 600-700 rpm

your unit is obviously deffective. replace it for a good one

a quickey - are you using 110v or 220v in your country?
im wondering if there is a differance in sound/buzz (i'm in 220v)
Could any Canadian tell me the voltage there?

Canada uses 110volt; same as the US. from the Fander fans,I can assume the OP is in poland where the voltage is 220v.
