SPCR Stickers and such

Post by Ch0z3n » Thu Nov 13, 2008 5:29 pm

Ok, So you know those little stickers you get with... every computer part. You guys should make some SPCR ones and then sell them for like $10 (depending on how much they are to make) so we can donate to the site and still get something out of it too =D

Pretty swanky. though that looks 3d. Im talking like the Sonata III has a 1x1 inch square. Just like the little stickers you get when you buy ram or something. Unfortunately, I am a college student so $100 is a little out of my price range.

Thats called a case badge.
Surely SPCR could have some of those made and sell them for a small profit.

The SPCR badge/sticker I have is about 1mm high so its a little 3D.

Hi Allan,

I stand corrected. The Ninja certainly would not fit in the Aria.

Where is the PSU located? And did you block up the optical bays?

Case badge eh? Good to know. Well should they decide to make them or if MikeC just wants to write SPCR on a piece of paper and put some glue on the back, keep me informed =D

We should also get them in temporary tattoos so I can put them on my forehead every once in a while when I get bored.

The Ninja doesn't fit in the NSK1300/NSK1380 either.

The power supply has the same form factor and location as the Aria so the stock power supply had to be removed in order to use any tall heatsinks.

I missed the part where this became a discussion of if a heat sink will fit in a case.

Hi Neil,

As alphabetbackward mentioned the Ninja doesn't fit in the NSK1300/1380 either. Its the same case except for the cardreader in the Aria AFAIK.
Regarding the PSU and optical drive bay. You can see the complete build right here.

Hats then maybe? The point is SPCR is one of the few places I'd willingly put on my case and/or advertise for, but it seems rather more difficult than it should be to do so.

Sorry to have dragged the thread off topic, I should have asked in private.

Yes, case badges would be neat. T-shirts? Coffee cups? :)

The 3D one on the above case is very nice!

T-shirts could be an option. I'd buy one for sure.
Especially if SPCR could do like chroniXradio and ship it worldwide for free.
25$ shirt and free shipping worldwide. Thats cool.
