My raptor's idle is noticeably quieter than the drives installed in the past. The searching click while defraging or heavy seeks bug me now and then I'm waiting on some new hard drive enclosure reviews to find out if its worth wild to pick one up.

Its the abit board it despises all brands of ram. It will not run stable if only half the dimm slots are full. Both 0 and 1 or 2 and 3 need to be full for it to not error code so you either need to leave the one stick you have out or go and buy another like you posted. Also if you still have problem...

Zalman cooled 9600 xt at stock speeds will not run BF2 in anything better than 800x600 low/mid settings depending on how you tweak it. I do not own a 9800 pro so I can help you on that one. No idea if they work but, the ZM80 series fits it and no need for a fan with it. I have been using the sapphire 9600xt and aZm80 with no issues.
