How hard was the grill to remove? It was fairly simple to do. I took a dremel with a cutting wheel and traced the outline of the fan opening on the grille. I have a few of the medium speed Yate Loons on the way but still waiting. If you haven't already, I'd suggest you remove the intake cover and cut out the grille behind the front fan. They both contribute to a fair amount of noise from air turbulence.

Has anyone tried a RADEON 9600 card with the Dell 2005FPW monitor @ 1680 x 1050? Some other people have had luck with 9700/9800 after updating their drivers.
