I personally have been eyeing the IN WIN IW-V605T2.
Its dimensions are 14.6" x 7.0" x 13.8", houses a full ATX PSU, doesn't require riser cards, and is wide enough to handle mid-size heatsinks (I'm planning on the SI-128).
Oh yeah, and it's got a good price tag.
