With a budget of 2K I would think about using 2 SSD's. If you're used audio tracks fit in a SSD (128 or 256 GB) this would be probably very fast.

So 1 SSD for OS and programs and 1 SSD for the audio tracks that are active (read, in use in that job/session/jig/...).

Why not the Samsung HD204UI?

They're good quality, just be sure to get one of the new E8 series as they're tuned for extreme silence rather than just being quiet like the old E7. Many wattages and fixed/modular cabling models to consider, I'd go for the 400w one with fixed cables as it's plenty power and still relatively cheap...

As you're talking euro's, maybe take a look at "be quiet".

Why? Because it isn't any better at all, with reference to the CM 212+. The ZZ is a quiet, relatively small, but generally speaking mediocre cooler, which usually costs a little more than the CM: if there's room for this latter, the ZZ cannot compare to it, even with its not exceptional stock fan, ...
