Are you using any fan controllers to reduce the fan speed? With that many fans, I'll bet that you can use extremely low fan speeds while still adequately cooling the components. I'll bet that you could run that system with all fans running between 500 and 700 RPM.

I have a suggestion: You already list the startup voltage, but I'd also like to see the RPM of the free standing fan at the startup voltage. The would give me an estimate of the minimum RPM that could be used as a case fan for most situations.
